| What's covered? | Loss, theft, and accidental damage of your wireless equipment. The wireless equipment that is claimed must have a valid IMEI or ESN and be active and registered in the carrier’s billing system time of the loss, theft or damage. |

| How fast will I get a replacement phone? | Your replacement equipment is shipped out via {Next Day, 2nd Day} Air and usually arrives within 2 business days.. If you live in the San Antonio market, you can visit the nearest Cellfix location to fulfill your claim. |
| What type of replacement phone will I receive? | Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws. If your replacement handset is not working properly, you may be asked to complete and return a Replacement Device Claim Form. Click here for a copy of this form. |
| What are the claim limits? | You are limited to 2 claims in any 12-month period per wireless subscription. |
